Norse Projects are the makers of some nice wool hats. They keep the vintage baseball cap look as the inspiration for this hat. Made of 100% wool right here in the U.S.A and an adjustable backstrap which I didn't see in the pictures so I'm guessing it must be in the inside of the hat.
