How To Beat Procrastination

I found this useful chart that shows you how to beat procrastination. The way to defeat procrastination is you have get the one thing that drives getting things done, Motivation. Motivation has been found to be the key to overcome procrastination through the mathematical procrastination formula (which can be seen below). This was a good chart to start with as reference point if you are procrastinator and need a few ideas on ways to get yourself motivated. I think this is useful information that everyone should know and what easier way to learn than in a chart.
