Meevr is a cool site that lets you easily add social networks such as digg, Twitter, Delicious, Mixx, Flickr, You Tube, Vimeo, and Picasa. All you need to set each one up is add your user name for each site and all your stuff will be added to your main page. Its cool to see all your stuff in one place and you might even see something you may have forgotten you digged or twetted about.
